How we work

Wondercare is dedicated to helping families find the perfect nanny for their children. We understand the importance of hiring a trustworthy and loving caregiver, which is why we personally review every applicant to ensure their experience and references are verified.

Our personalized selection process takes into account your unique needs and preferences. We provide up to three high-quality, pre-screened candidates for you to interview. Additionally, we offer a trial period to ensure a successful bond between your family and the potential nanny. We place a variety of nanny positions, including full-time or part-time nannies, nanny-housekeepers, nanny-family assistants, summer nannies, vacation nannies, housekeepers, post-construction cleaning staff, and newborn care specialists. 

Our nanny placements can be full-time or part-time, long-term or short-term, live-in or live-out. We provide verification and screening services, including background checks and drug screening. We also offer a 60-day replacement guarantee. The hiring process begins with an application review, where we understand your needs and preferences. Then, we search our database of qualified candidates and present you with their profiles. You can review the candidates’ education, experience, hobbies, personality traits, and work history before scheduling interviews. 

Once you have selected a suitable candidate, we perform an extensive screening process that includes criminal records investigation, sex offender search, drug screening, driving record report, social media search, and personality assessment. If desired, you can also trial the candidate in your home before making the final hiring decision. Our fees include a one-time non-refundable application fee of $199, split into two payments. Additional placement fees are required once you decide to employ a candidate. The placement fee is adjusted based on your local market and is equivalent to the candidate’s salary. 

We also offer a one-year placement introduction membership for $199, allowing you to enjoy our personalized placement services when the time is right. We strive to provide exceptional candidates for your consideration. We offer up to five highly qualified caregiver candidates to choose from, all of whom have been background checked and verified. If you are not satisfied with our placement introduction candidates, there are no further commitments or hidden fees. For peace of mind, we provide a 60-day replacement guarantee if the original candidate needs to be replaced during the first 60 days of employment. This guarantee applies to full-time positions requiring 30 or more hours of work per week. Additional terms and conditions apply. 

 

 

Through our concierge service, we offer assistance in finding a replacement provider in case of emergencies or cancellations by the nanny. We require a 24-48 hour notice to find a replacement provider. Please note that Wondercare Agency gives you the option acts as an introduction/referral service and does not exercise control over the wages, hours, or working conditions of candidates or choose our full onboarding & Concierge option whom does exercise control over the wages, hours, or working conditions

employment relationship is between the client and the candidate, and the client is responsible for all employer-related obligations and requirements.
